TCS, Call Genie tie-up for software-based solution

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Call Genie Inc announced a tie-up to provide Call Genie’s CG InteractAgent and CG OpenAgent Search software for a Southeast Asian operator.

 

The software will enable the operator to search and access directory listing information for over 35 million sub scriber lines, said the tie-up.
