Tecnomen to acquire 96.6 % stake in Lifetree for $44 mn

Finland’s Tecnomen is set to acquire 96.6 percent stake in Indian firm, Lifetree Convergence in a deal reportedly valued at 33 million euros ($44 million).

 

The deal is expected to be completed by March subsequent to which the Indian firm will operate as Tecnomen Lifetree.

 

“The transaction provides access to a larger customer base in emerging markets such as Africa and Asia, to drive revenue growth in coming years," said Tecnomen Chief Executive Jarmo Niemi.
