Dassault Aviation to acquire Alcatel-Lucent’s shares in Thales for 1.57 bn euro

Alcatel-Lucent and Dassault Aviation announced a deal wherein the latter will acquire 41,262,481 shares held by Alcatel-Lucent in Thales at EUR 38 per share or 1.57 billion euro.

 

The deal is expected to be completed by Spring 2009 subject to regulatory and administrative approvals.
