HCL Technologies bags multi-year outsourcing order from Nokia

HCL Technologies bagged a multi-year IT outsourcing contract from Nokia spanning across 76 countries and involving providing global helpdesk as well as desktop management services through HCL’s delivery centres in Finland, Poland, China, the US and India.

 

The deal also includes multilingual helpdesk services in 13 languages, global account management, workstation packaging, creation and maintenance, workstation security management and onsite support services.

 

"Nokia has a very large footprint across the world and a much diversified end user base. Through this engagement we will aim to deliver a predictive, and standardised end user computing experience to its end users," said HCL Technologies Vice President and Head, Nordic Region, Liselotte Hägertz Engstam.

 

The parties involved did not disclose the value of the deal.
