ZTE said that research firm, IDC has ranked it as the leader in next generation HLR solutions recognizing its contribution in the field. ZTE says that the report by IDC titled, ‘Leveraging Next-Generation HLR Solutions’ ranks it as the top vendor for cost-effectively assisting service providers in migrating from traditional HLR to NGHLR.
