Hinduja Group owned, Hinduja Global Solutions announced a strategic partnership with Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd’s MTS branded mobile services in India wherein the former will manage the customer care operations of MTS India.

Hinduja Global’s Chennai centre will cater to the prepaid customers of MTS both in Tamil Nadu and Kerala, stated Hinduja Global Solutions Global Human Resources Strategy Executive Vice President Patrick David.

"Currently we have around 98 agents on this project. However, we have planned to employ over 400 people during the next 24 months," added David.

The company’s Chennai facility has around 2,500 work force.
