Gemini mulls restructuring of WiMAX, RFID biz

Chennai-based Gemini Communications, is planning to restructure its RFID (radio frequency identification) and WiMax business and the decision regarding the same will be taken in the company’s board meeting scheduled for April 4.

Additionally the company also aims to issue shares on preferential basis, said the company in a notification to BSE.
