The Arbitration Court of the International Chamber of Commerce, ruled out in favour of France Telecom directing Orascom to transfer its entire stake of 28.75 percent in Egypt-based Mobinil.

The court directed Orascom to transfer the stake at a price of EGP 441,658 per share by April 10.

Earlier in 2007, Orascom had approached an arbitration panel seeking France Telecom to transfer its shares of Mobinil to Orascom.
