Huawei Technologies announced the appointment of Justin Chen, current Director of Message & Application department of Huawei Software Company, as the firm’s new COO for the Indian operations.

Justin’s association with Huawei dates back to 1997 with responsibilities ranging from development, test, system design and market technical support functions.

He holds an Engineering Master’s Degree in Survey & Information Science from Central South University of Technology in China, specializing in the area of GIS.

In his new role, Justin will be responsible with enhancing HTIPL’s position as the most competitive R&D center within Huawei, promoting end-to-end ownership of products, and establishing HTIPL as an important center in Software & Service domain.
