IBM announced an agreement with STAR India, a wholly owned subsidiary of STAR, to implement SAP ECC 6.0 application encompassing all major business processes.

The deal is aimed at increasing process efficiency, and enabling STAR India to enhance customer experience and drive greater control over net margin, said the company.
