 The government cleared the proposal by Nokia and HCL Infocomm to set-up a retail subsidiary in the country. Nokia will have 51% stake in the subsidiary.
The proposal was cleared following recommendation and clearance by the Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB). |
