Novatium Solutions Private Ltd. has tied up with three Indian telcos, including BSNL, MTNL and Tata Teleservices, in line with its plan of flourishing further in India.
The company, touted as the world’s first managed computing services provider, plans to swamp the Indian market with its two offerings- netPC and Nova Navigator.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Alok Singh, CEO, Novatium Solutions Pvt. Ltd. said, “India is on the verge of witnessing a computing revolution and we hope to be its engine. Our products netPC and navigators coupled with our unique business model has the potential to revolutionize the entire computing market. We are getting encouraging responses from subscribers and expect tremendous growth in the current fiscal.”
With this coallboration, Novatium intends to end the financial year with more than two lakh subscribers.
Besides its popular netPC, which was the first $100 PC, Novatium has enriched its credentials with its recently launched Nova Navigator, said to be the world’s first platform independent device
Launched first in 2007 in K.K. Nagar, Chennai through Novatium’s own server as a pilot project, NetPC was later launched in Delhi in September 2007, along with MTNL.
The Nova netPC gained instant popularity, with its subscriber base almost tripling in the last financial year, claims the company.
Meanwhile, the Nova Navigator has also received a very good response from the users since its launch in September last year.
Novatium prices its offerings starting from Rs 2999/- for the netPC with monthly charges starting from Rs. 175 across India. The services comprise of comprehensive computing experience with special emphasis on Internet, gaming, digital entertainment, online education, telephony and business productivity.
As of now, Novatium in alliance with BSNL, has launched its services in the circles that include- Chennai, Tamilnadu, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Raipur, Dehradun, Lucknow, Ambala, Dimapur, Agartala and Trivandrum. |
