AP HC asks BSNL to extend status quo on GSM tender till June 10
TT Bureau |  |  04 Jun 2009

The Andhra Pradesh High Court asked BSNL to maintain status quo on GSM tender for the South Zone till June 10. Earlier the HC had similarly asked BSNL to maintain status quo till June 03.

The development comes as the HC was hearing the petition filed by Nokia Siemens Networks over its disqualification from the BSNL tender.

NSN has also filed similar cases against BSNL in Punjab & Haryana HC which had asked BSNL to explain the reasons for disqualification of NSN. NSN is presently reviewing the response submitted by BSNL.
