Nuance Communications claimed that its nuance Notification Hub has been awarded with the Communications Solutions Product of the year award from Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC).
The solution aims to enable automated, personalized, actionable notification over SMS, email and voice thereby increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, reduce inbound call volume and generate additional revenue.
