BSNL eying Rs 100 crore from infrastructure sharing business

PSU, BSNL is in talks with new entrants such as Unitech Wireless for possible infrastructure deal.

 

“We are holding talks with several new telecom operators like Unitech for sharing our huge infrastructure including mobile towers etc with them...and it will result in extra revenue to the company," said company CMD, Kuldeep Goyal.

 

While the company is about to have a separate business unit for infrastructure business, the CMD said that firm hopes to rope in revenues of Rs 100 crore from this vertical in the current fiscal.
