ST-Ericsson announced a new organizational structure centered into three product groups focused on LTE & HSPA, 3G & Multimedia Platforms and 2G,EDGE,TD_SCDMA & Connectivity. The new units will be led by Magnus Hansson, Vice President, Marc Cetto, Vice President and Thierry Tingaud, Vice President. The R&D shared services organization will be lead by Philippe Berger, Vice President. Jörgen Lantto has been appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Head of Strategy and Pascal Langlois Chief Sales and Marketing Officer.

Additionally, it will enable us to complete the integration of the different businesses we merged five months ago and provide our customers with a world-leading and even more compelling portfolio.”

Monica de Virgiliis and Robert Puskaric have decided to pursue career interests outside ST-Ericsson. |
