For gotalk’s international services, Tata Communications will provide its VTS Prime solution. Tata Communications will also co-brand prepaid calling cards using gotalk’s existing card products and distribution channels.
“Communication providers are increasingly turning to Tata Communications in order to focus more effectively on meeting the challenges and opportunities of their core business,” said Michel Guyot, President, Global Voice Solutions for Tata Communications. “By outsourcing the international voice business to specialized wholesale providers, such as Tata Communications, gotalk has access to the scale, expertise, and infrastructure they need to sustain and expand their business into new markets.
