 The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has challenged the Delhi HC’s order which quashed DoT’s deadline of September 25, 2007 as the cut-off date for application of new 2G licences.
The DoT has now approached a Division Bench headed by Chief Justice A P Shah requesting a stay order.
The Division Bench has admitted DoT’s request and has set September 7 as the date for hearing. |
