Vodafone Essar today announced the launch of three new STD packs for prepaid subscribers in Karnataka.

The South STD recharge pack available for Rs 39 enables subscribers to make STD calls to Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu for 50 paise per minute.

The Metro STD Pack available for Rs 36 offers STD calls to Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata for 50per minute.

The India STD pack offers STD calls across any location in India for 75 paise per minute and comes for a monthly rental of Rs 33.

The new STD packs come with 30 days validity period. However no talk time is offered on these schemes.

Additionally, the service provider also launched new STD e-tops namely Rs 27 recharge offering 27 minutes of STD and with a validity of 15 days. The Rs 45 recharge voucher offers 55 minutes of STD with a validity of 30 days. Another new e-top voucher priced at Rs 56 offers 70 minutes of STD and a validity of 30 days. Rs.145 e-top voucher offers 180 minutes of STD and comes with a 30 days validity.

For postpaid subscribers, Vodafone launched 199 Base Plan Tariff offering STD calls to Southern region for 50 paise per minute.
