 Qualcomm’s use of Smartbook name to market is computing devices has not gone down well with Smartbook AG of Germany which claims that it has exclusive rights to the use of Smartbook name.
The company has filed a restraining order against Qualcomm and failure to obey it might attract a fine of USD 358,000. |
