Reliance Communications and Financial Technologies’ subsidiary, Atom Technologies are in talks towards forming an alliance for jointly offering m-commerce services.

The tie-up is aiming for Rs 800 crore in revenues over a three period.

Atom claims that it has over 100 merchants registered for its m-commerce bouquet of services.
