Leading player in the broadband and IPTV space, UTStarcom has opened a new IPTV Technology Center and Center of Excellence in Gurgaon, India.  UTStarcom said that the Technology Center will take a lead role in formation of the country’s IPTV regulations while the Center of Excellence will provide post-sales support for its customer sin India.
