 Vodafone Essar claims that its Kolkata unit was rated by regulator TRAI as having 100% accessibility rate with percentage of calls with good voice quality at 97.4% with only 0.6% of call drop rate.
The operator has 7,737 BTSs in the circle with outdoor network coverage in Kolkata at 100% and in West Bengal at 98.4 %.
