The Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI) considered to be industry body representing the GSM players in the country, appointed T.R.Dua, presently Deputy Director General, COAI as the new Officiating Director of the industry association replacing TV Ramachandran who has taken roles with Vodafone Essar as Resident Direcotr, Regulatory Affairs.

Dua brings along with him an experience spanning 35 years in the telecom field.

He has worked with leading operators such as Bharti Airtel and Shyam.
