BSNL on Friday extended it’s per second billing tariff to postpaid subscribers while also offering other attractive tariffs to this segment.
The operator has waived off registration fee and halved the security deposit from Rs 1000 to Rs 500. The security deposit is refundable from 6th month.
BSNL CMD, Shri Kuldeep Goyal said, “Per second billing will be an advantage for customers. BSNL has introduced per second pulse in postpaid plan 225. ISD calls are now available on per second pulse making it more affordable and attractive”.
For enterprise subscribers, BSNL has modified Plan 525 offering 15 second pulse and also offering freebies for Voice, SMS, Data and Roaming minute in addition to free calls worth Rs.350. Additionally voice calls will now be charged 30 paise per minute for local calls and 50 paise per minute for STD calls. Subscribers will also get 300 minutes incoming and outgoing calls while on roaming. Roaming charges under postpaid plan have also been slashed.
Two new plans Plan 725 and Plan 1500 have also been launched offering unlimited usage is allowed for On-net local call, STD calls, night calling, Local SMS and GPRS.
Subscribers also have the option of choosing two BSNL numbers local calls to which will be offered at 20 paise per minute and night calling at 50% of the applicable tariff.
If a 2G postpaid subscribers opts to add 3G service as well, it can be done with monthly rental of Rs 25. |
