Birla Ericsson Optical Ltd. announced its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2009 wherein the company posted revenues of Rs 27.40 crore as compared to revenues of Es 25.60 crore posted last year.

The company managed to turn into black by posting net profit of Rs 1.01 crore while last year during the corresponding quarter it had posted net loss of Rs 3.71 crore.

EPS for the quarter was Rs 0.34 as opposed to loss of Rs 1.24 last year.
