Aricent claimed that TMC’s Internet Telephony Magazine has named the company’s Aricent’s Android Media EXP Suite as a recipient of its 2009 Product of the Year Award. 

The Suite is designed specifically for Google’s open operating system. Aricent says that it is a pre-integrated and pre-optimized multimedia software framework that enables compelling user experiences on next-generation connected devices through its portfolio of rich multimedia components (including HD Video CODECs), and by its comprehensive set of applications.
