TT Correspondent |  New Delhi |  12 Mar 2010

BSNL Executives and Non-Executives will hold Lunch Hour Demonstrations on March 15, 2010 at all district/SSA and Circle levels as well as at BSNL Corporate Office to protest against the recommendations of panel headed by Sam Pitroda.

The demands include settlement of ITS officers absorption, revision of Pension to retired BSNL employees etc.

“The present move of the government is to divest shares is completely in violation of the assurance given by it to Joint Forum of BSNL Unions/Associations that BSNL will not be disinvested,” said a statement from the Unions.
