Mahindra Satyam bags BASF’s IT outsourcing contract

Mahindra Satyam announced that it bagged a IT services outsourcing contract from chemical firm, BASF subsidiary BASF IT services following a bidding process conducted by BASF to identify a managed services provider for the company’s SAP system, messaging, groupware and user administration system.

 

The contract is based on a 100% outcome oriented model spread over a period of three years.
