MTNL CMD Kuldeep Singh said that the operator will invite fresh bids to outsource its 3G network in Delhi and Mumbai.

"We are planning to come up with a fresh tender, hopefully by June," said MTNL Chairman and Managing Director Kuldeep Singh.

The firm had floated a tender last year but eventually scrapped the tender citing regulatory concerns.
