BWA auctions: Bids for Delhi, Mumbai and Tamil Nadu continue to surge

The bids for the pan-India BWA spectrum reached Rs.8,604 crore at the end of day eight of the auctioning with the government assured of making atleast Rs.25,812 crore.

Bids for Delhi and Mumbai were at Rs.1,304.66 crore each while that for Tamil Nadu was at Rs.1,197.95 crore.

Day eight saw 10 rounds of auctioning being conducted.
