 ZTE Corp and Vodafone won the Pay as you Go Innovation Award at the 2010 Global Telecoms Business Awards for the Balance Indicator function provided in the VDF236 handset.
The Balance Indicator function designed by ZTE for Vodafone Germany displays real-time balance information of the user’s minutes/services after every top-up and after each call or SMS.
The remaining balances are displayed in red, yellow and green colours depending on balance. The feature outdoes the need for SMS alerts. |
