 Telecom Infrastructure company, Quippo-WTTIL signed a five year multi-million dollar Integrated Managed Services (IMS) agreement with IBM under which the latter will also provide comprehensive technical support to overhaul Quippo-WTTIL’s IT infrastructure system which will include managing the hardware, mailing and infrastructure management software applications.
As part of the deal IBM will provide server and storage support, networking and security services at QUIPPO-WTTIL’s hosted data centre in Gurgaon.
