France-based Astellia which specializes in offering monitoring solutions to mobile operators in order to help them optimize their QoS standards, bagged a new deal from QTel Group-owned Kuwaiti operator Wataniya Telecom towards proving VIP care solution.
The solution from Astellia enables Wataniya Telecom to monitor the network performance of its high-end customers including corporate fleets and thereby ensure optimal quality of service to such users.
