Tata Teleservices’ (TTSL) GSM services brand, Tata DOCOMO launched a new ‘Voice Free’ voucher in Andhra Pradesh enabling subscribers to make free calls (local as well as STD) to any network in India.

The voucher is available in denominations of Rs.200, Rs.350 and Rs.500 with validity of 10 days, 20 days and 30 days respectively. Data charges however will be applicable as per use of the service. The charges for GPRS services will be 1 paise per 1 kb. Prepaid subscribers will be offered 2400 seconds per day to make free local and STD calls within the validity period.

Speaking at the occasion Mr. NV Subbarao, Regional Head, South-East, Tata DOCOMO said, “The new Voucher has been introduced, keeping in mind the various usage needs of our customers especially the student segment and customers in the age group of 18-24 who are heavy ‘Mobile Internet’ users. By offering free 2400 seconds usage daily, frees them from the voice tariff rates and gives customers freedom to utilize talktime for data usage. This is a unique way to increase adoption of internet at the same time offering value based voice free offer. The Voice free is easily available, at all TATA DOCOMO outlets or online.  We are confident that our customers will surely avail the advantage and enjoy the power packed ‘VOICE FREE’ offer.”
