Software and services solution provider to the Communications Industry, Comverse announced that it has won Billing & OSS World’s Excellence Award for Best Cost Management Implementation.

Comverse bagged the award for consolidating Alaska-based General Communications Inc.’s (GCI) multiple lines of business into Comverse’s multi-service convergent Business Support System (BSS) solution.
