Ericsson buys equity in Novatium

Novatium Solutions Private Limited, has announced a strategic minority investment by Ericsson India.

 

Novatium already has partnerships with Indian operators  such as Bharti, BSNL, MTNL and Tata along with successful pilot and deployments in other countries.

 

Alok Singh, Chief Executive Officer, Novatium Solutions Pvt. Ltd. said, “This strategic relationship with Ericsson encompasses multi-fold innovations in the technology, consumer content & applications and telecom relationships space. It will, provide an impetus to rollout Novatium services globally with market relevant offerings”.

Novatium will continue to focus on India business and select overseas markets with Ericsson spearheading the overseas business, said the company in a statement.
