ZTE Corp announced that it recorded 28 million handsets shipments across the globe in Q1 2010 at a yearly growth rate of 40%. 60% of the shipments were registered in overseas markets.

The internal shipments of 17 million units is at a yoy growth of 30% while for European market, the growth is 150%. UK and France both witnessed over 1 million shipments.
