Flytxt, on Tuesday announced that it has been shortlisted as a finalist under the Technology Innovation category in the Carriers World Awards 2015. The company has been nominated for its Intent Management solution that leverages advanced analytics for touch-point personalization across lifecycles of mobile subscribers.
Carriers World Awards recognize excellence in global Telecom industry and will select winners across 13 award categories. The winners will be selected by industry vote and announced on 30th September, 2015 in London.
Flytxt’s solution leverages machine-learning driven packaged analytical models to recommend personalized offers by combining subscriber’s historical behavior with current context. The solution has helped CSPs in enhancing customer experience by offering consistent and relevant offers across touch points like call centers, self-service kiosks and customer care portals.
