Asus ZenFone Max smartphone launches in India for Rs 9999 with 5000mAh battery

The Asus ZenFone Max which was unveiled in India earlier this month was available in India on Friday, priced for Rs. 9,999. It will be available exclusively through online or offline from retail shops including the Asus Exclusive stores in India.

Asus ZenFone Max smartphone comes with 5.5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) IPS display. It runs on ZenUI 2.0 based on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS, powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1GHz with 2GB RAM.

Asus ZenFone Max smartphone also has 13-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash, a 5-megapixel front camera. Its inbuilt storage is 16GB which can be expandable up to 64GB through microSD card.

For connectivity options smartphone has 3G, 4G/LTE, GPRS/ EDGE, GPS, Glonass, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, accelerometer, compass, proximity, and ambient light sensors with 5000 mAh battery, which can deliver up to 914 hours of standby time and up to 38 hours of talk time.
