IDEA Cellular, has expanded its 3G network to cover 236 towns across 23 districts in Gujarat and 3 Union Territories, making it the widest spread 3G network in the state.

The Company which launched its ‘Gold Standard’ 3G services in the circle, recently, said that it has received good response to its  services, adding 5 lakh users on its 3G network. Idea has set up a network of around 1400 3G sites to reach out to urban & semi-urban heartlands covering major industrial, agricultural and educational pockets in Gujarat.  Idea’s 3G services are now available in major cities like Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot & Gandhinagar besides 231 other smaller cities and towns in Gujarat.
