Nokia, on tuesday, launched Lumia 510, a smart and modern entry level smartphone, for the first time in the world at an event in New Delhi.
Designed for the youth, the Lumia 510 is Nokia’s Diwali gift to India that makes the unique benefits of Lumia and Windows Phone even more affordable. It is expected to be priced below Rs. 11,000.
The new Nokia Lumia 510 has a large four inch display, Windows 7.5 operating system, 800 MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 processor and 256 MB RAM. Integrated social experience, Nokia Maps & Nokia Drive and some of the finest collection of apps, therefore, becomes a perfect companion for the young smartphone users.
It features a 5 megapixel camera with auto focus. Nokia Maps, Nokia Drive and Nokia Transport offer the most comprehensive location and navigation suite of applications on any smartphone. Finally, the Nokia Lumia 510 will come with a 3 month unlimited Nokia Music and MixRadio offering. Through MixRadio, consumers can stream music directly to the phone, with the ability to listen to personalized radio channels, including offline listening.
The Nokia Lumia 510 will be available in stores across India starting first week of November, 2012. The Nokia Lumia 510 will be available in vibrant colors, such as red, white and black.
