Samsung’s recently launched Galaxy Camera is now available at Infibeam.com, one of the leading e-commerce websites if India

This Android powered camera allows the user to share pictures in the real time with their friends and family with the help of 3G & Wi-Fi connectivity.

 “Samsung has a tough row to hoe against the likes of Canon and Nikon in the camera brand equity landscape,” said Liz Cutting, senior imaging analyst at research firm NPD Group. “Yet as a brand known more in the connected electronic device arena, Samsung has a unique opportunity to transfer strength from adjacent categories into the dedicated camera world.”

The Galaxy camera has almost 65 editing features in built in it. The user therefore will just not be able to click the images but also cut, crop and add other editing features to bring out their artistic best. It also has several great features like Smart Content Manager that manages the pictures folders and suggests deleting the out of focus pictures, Automatic cloud back-up of the pictures and videos.

“Our camera business is quickly evolving... and I think it will be able to set a new landmark for Samsung,” J.K. Shin of Samsung Company said at a launch event in Seoul. “The product will open a new chapter in communications - visual communications,” he added. The camera has already got good reviews from US and Europe markets where it was up for sale in the beginning of this month.
