Sistema Shyam TeleServices Ltd. (SSTL), which provides telecom services under the MTS brand, on Tuesday launched a dual-SIM budget phone which work on both CDMA and GSM technologies for its customers in Kolkata and West Bengal. The device is priced at Rs 1699.

Customers purchasing the dual SIM handset will be able to enjoy voice and SMS benefits worth INR 600 free.

The handset comes with 6.1 cm(2.4” LCD) Screen Audio Player/Audio Recorder, 3.5 mm universal ear jack and with Video recorder and play-MP4 support. It has 1.3 MP Camera, FM Radio and Bluetooth.
