Reliance Communications, India’s fully integrated telecommunications service provider, on Friday said that it would offer iPhone 5 in India from June 28.
iPhone 5 will be available for a suggested retail price of 45,500 Rs for the 16GB model, 52,500 Rs for the 32GB model and 59,500 Rs for the 64GB model in Reliance World outlets. In addition, iPhone 4S will be available for 38,500 Rs for the 16GB model and iPhone 4 will be available for 26,500 Rs for the 8GB model. Reliance Communications will allow iPhone 5 customers to connect to its fast, reliable & superior 3G network with data speeds up to 21 Mbps.
RCom has launched monthly tariff plans of Rs 304, Rs 504, Rs 804 and and Rs1,004 and for100, 200, 400, 500 voice minutes respectively for these variants of iPhone 5.
iPhone 5 is the thinnest and lightest iPhone ever, completely redesigned to feature a stunning new 4-inch Retina display; an Apple-designed A6 chip for blazing fast performance; and ultrafast wireless technology, all while delivering even better battery life. iPhone 5 comes with iOS 6.
