HTC is all set to launch HTC One mini in India soon as the smaller version of HTC One is available for pre-booking on e-commerce portals. There is however no word by the company about the official launch of the device.
While Infibeam is offering the phone for Rs 35,054, with delivery date of October 1, the smartphone is available for Rs 37,299 on the other online retailer Flipkart with the delivery period of 6-7 days.
HTC One mini would be competing with Samsung Galaxy S4 mini, Google Nexus 4 and Sony Xperia SP. But HTC One mini seems a bit costlier as the other three are available for Rs 26,000.
HTC One Mini features 4.3-inch screen with 1280x720p resolution and 341ppi pixel density and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). It is powered by 1.4GHz dual-core processor. It come with 1GB RAM, 16GB internal storage and no microSD card support.
It sports a 4MP UltraPixel rear camera with LED flash and 1.6MP front camera The device has 2G, 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and microUSB 2.0 as connectivity options.
HTC One Mini packs in 1,800mAh battery and comes with BoomSound speakers and Beats Audio technology for sound enhancement.
Apart from this, HTC Desire 500 is also up for grab online in India for Rs. 21,490. HTC Desire 500 has 4.3-inch WVGA display with a resolution of 480x800 pixels. It runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with HTC Sense 5 and powered by 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon200 quad-core processor. It comes with 1800mAh battery and sports 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 1.6-megapixel front facing camera.
