  Domestic handset manufacturer Karbonn which is competing with another Indian brand Micromax launched its news Titanium S9 5.2 inch HD capacitive touch screen at Rs.17,990.
The phone is available on ecommerce portal infibeam.com. The smartphone can give tough completion to Micromax Canvas Turbo, its first smartphone with full-HD display with a price tag of Rs. 19,990. Both have a 13MP camera.
The Dual SIM Karbonn Titanium S9 smartphone runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean Operating System platform and is powered by 1.2 GHz processor seconded by 1GB RAM. It sports a 13MP camera
This phone comes with 16GB internal memory which can further be expanded upto 32GB via micro-SD card. The device packs in 2600mAh battery. It has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB as connectivity options.
Last week Karbonn Mobiles launched dual-SIM, Android budget smartphones the Karbonn A16, Karbonn A35, Karbonn A90 and Karbonn A99.
Karbonn A35 is priced at Rs. 7,490 and the costliest of the four. The Karbonn A16 is priced at Rs. 6,490; the Karbonn A90 at Rs. 5,490, and the Karbonn A99 at Rs. 6,590.
Apart from Karbonn A35 which has a 5-inch display, the rest feature a 4-inch screen.
The company which these sub-Rs 8, 000 devices said that it is going for aggressive market penetration
