After launching quite few Canvas series smartphones, the top Indian handset maker Micromax has launched a 4-inch android budget smartphone Bolt A61 for Rs 4,999.
Micromax which is virtually democratising the smartphones by offering the feature rish handsets at affordable prices is launching one smartphone almost every week.
The new Bolt A61 smartphone has a 4-inch TFT screen with 800x480p resolution and 233ppi pixel density. It runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) operating system and is powered by a 1GHz processor with 256MB RAM.
This phone packs 512MB of internal storage and can support microSD card up to 16GB. Its packs in a 1,500mAh battery which according to company’s claims offers talk time of 4 hours.
It has 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and microUSB as connectivity options. It sports 2MP rear camera and a VGA front camera.
It comes preloaded with Kingsoft Office, Hike, Spuul, Opera and MiLive.
