Samsung has officially announced its new thinner and lighter Galaxy Tab 4 series on Tuesday, which includes Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 and Galaxy Tab 4 10.1. Samsung didn’t unveil its Galaxy Tab 4 series at the Mobile World Congress, (MWC 2014). But this time Samsung come up with some changes which differentiate the Galaxy Tab 4 from earlier launched Galaxy Tab 3. Each device is thinner and lighter than its Tab 3 predecessor. Samsung has changed the design substantially from its Galaxy Tab 3. It will be available in Black and White color variant in Q2 this year, but not revealed its pricing yet.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 comes with a 7-inch display, resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and it runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor with 1.5 GB RAM. Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 also has 3 megapixel rear camera and 1.3 megapixel front facing sensor. The Tab 4 7.0 come up with 8 or 16 GB of internal memory which can expand with microSD card as well. Tab will be available only in LTE and Wi-Fi variants and its measures 107.9x186.9x9mm and weighs 276g, but unfortunately no information about its battery size.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 comes with a 8-inch display, resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and it runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor with 1.5 GB RAM. Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 also has 3 megapixel rear camera and 1.3 megapixel front camera. The Tab 4 8.0 come up with 16 GB of internal memory which can expand up to 64 GB with microSD card as well. Tab will be available only in Wi-Fi / 3G and LTE variants and its measures 124 x 210 x 7.95mm and weighs 320g. It includes some other features like Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0 with 4,450mAh battery.

                         

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 comes with a 10.1-inch display, resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and it runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor with 1.5 GB RAM. Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 also has 3 megapixel rear camera and 1.3 megapixel front camera. The Tab 4 10.1 come up with 16 GB of internal memory which can expand up to 64 GB with microSD card as well. Tab will be available only in Wi-Fi / 3G and LTE variants and its measures 243.4 x 176.4 x 7.95mm and weighs about 487g, with 6,800mAh battery.
