HTC has launched two new smartphones, Desire 210 Dual SIM at Rs. 8,700, it will be available by April end and mid-range, Desire 816 at Rs. 23,990, it will be available in few weeks.
HTC Desire 210 Dual SIM
The HTC Desire 210 Dual SIM comes with a 4-inch WVGA (480x800 pixels) display. It runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with company's Sense UI on top. It is powered by a 1GHz dual-core MediaTek (MT6572M) processor with 512MB RAM.
The smartphone has 4GB internal storage, which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. The smartphone also has 5-megapixel rear camera and 0.3-megapixel front camera. And for connectivity options, smartphone has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, EDGE/GPRS and 3G with 1300mAh battery.
HTC Desire 816
The HTC Desire 816 comes with 5.5-inch HD (720x1280 pixel) display. It is powered by a 1.6GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor with 1.5GB RAM.
There's no word on the Android version on the HTC Desire 816, though HTC did confirm the presence of a brand new HTC Sense 5.5 UI on top.
The smartphone has 8GB internal storage, which can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card. The smartphone also has 13MP, f/2.2 rear camera that can capture 1080p video and 5-megapixel front camera. And for connectivity options, smartphone has Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, NFC and GPS with 2600mAh battery.
